Goods Supplied to Programme AD of the Defence Ministry
The Government has exempted Machinery, equipment, instruments, components, spares, jigs, fixtures, dies, tools, accessories, computer software, raw materials and consumables required for Programme AD of Ministry of Defence from the whole of the excise duty.
The exemption is valid till the 16th day of July, 2016.
A similar exemption is given in Customs for imported goods used in the project.
