Import of Pulses at nil rate of duty - extended
As per Notification No. 21/2002 – Cus dated 1st March, 2002, [Clause (f) of the preamble], import of pulses at nil rate of duty is valid till the 1st day of April, 2009. Now this is extended till 1st day of April, 2010 and the extension is done before its death!
