We are indeed privileged to present the great Crusader and Legal Luminary Shivakant Jha, a former Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, equally at ease with Bhagavad Gita and Double Tax Avoidance Agreements, in our new feature - SHIVA KANT JHA's Legal Potpourri. Our AZADI BACHAO column is renamed as SHIVA KANT JHA's Legal Potpourri and will contain incisive analyses by Mr. Jha.
