Anti Dumping Duty on POY - It's POY of Polyester
By Notification No. dated 10.07.2007, the Government had imposed anti dumping duty on partially oriented yarn originating in, or exported from, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Chinese Taipei. Now the Government has amended the notifications to stipulate that it is "Partially Oriented Yarn of Polyester"
